A Taste of Thunderbolt

Show Site: Taste of Thunderbolt will be held on closed City Streets and parking lots of Thunderbolt.  Surface will be tarmac.  You may drive to your spot and  unload, then,  park at the designated  lot before setting up.

Artists and Crafts persons: (sorry, no food)

To keep the quality of the Taste of Thunderbolt at the highest level, resale of purchased items (BUY/SELL) IS NOT permitted. No manufactured or imported items will be allowed except by approval of the festival committee. The artist must be in attendance.

Exhibitors must be on time, set up before the show is open  and stay open until the festival is over.

All items for sale and displays must be in good taste with no reference to race, ethnic, gender, sexual, or religious prejudice.

 All materials must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the United States and the State of Georgia.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own accounting system and payment of Chatham County’s 7% sales tax.

Exhibitors  must supply all equipment for their display.

The Show must go on! Inclement weather is nobody’s responsibility.  We will have the show, rain or shine.    Please weight down your tents.

Show Hours:  Check in on Saturday morning after 8:00am.  Show hours are Saturday May 29 10 to 5.  Please have your vehicle removed by 9:30

Application Packet: Mail your application and check to Art Encounter 10 Carpenter Road, Tybee Island, Ga 31328 or drop at Thunderbolt Town Hall addressed to Art Encounter. 

Due Date: Application must be received by April 29 for acceptance in the event.  $25 check overdraft and late fee.
