Application must be received two weeks before the event

Attach a complete list of your menu.  We reserve the right to restrict selected foods, to avoid redundancy.  Please enclose two photos of your setup plus fees.  If you want your photos returned, add a SASE.   The booth fee is:

           $250 for 10 by 10 space or

            $350 per 10 by 20 space,

            plus the Tybee Vendor license fee of $25 per day.  Additional space is available in increments of 10x10 at $100.  If you have a Tybee business license, you need not pay the license fee but must include a copy of your current license.  Make checks payable to Art Encounter LLC.

Each vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia sales tax, 7%.  See   http://www.etax.dor.ga.gov/salestax/st3forms/fs-32_rome.pdf  for form FS-32.

No refund after the due date.  Late registration, add $50. A $50 charge will be made for returned checks.
